Consultancy
‘As a consultant I help schools promote and embed a culture of wellbeing and positive mental health through strategy consulting and facilitation.’
I am deeply passionate about fostering positive culture change within education and schools. My expertise lies in guiding educational leaders to implement effective strategies aimed at enhancing mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.
With a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of current legislation, research and best practice guidance, I utilise evidence-based frameworks to drive change, revise policies, and implement strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Currently I am advising on the Wellbeing Award for School with National Children’s Bureau and Optimus Education and facilitating the 5 Foundations of Effective Attendance with Birmingham Education Partnership.

As a highly qualified and experienced teacher specialising in social, emotional, mental health education I create, manage and deliver psycho-education programmes and personal development training in schools.
I bring psychological theories and approaches into education and I have a keen interest and informed approach on Positive Education and Psychology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and creativity.
Promoting and incorporating the importance of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy highlights and removes barriers to learning, identifies the early warning signs of emotional or mental health issues (ACE pupils) and improves attitude to school and self, improving behaviour and attendance.

‘Without doubt, this has been one of the most effective strategies for improving students well being in school. As a high performing school, we have used these ideas and strategies to inspire and support our girls and this contributes to their academic success. This work has given us both the tools and the confidence to make a positive difference to our students and their families. I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough! We are looking forward to the next stage of our journey in delivering even more positive mental health strategies at a time when there is so little quality support available.’
